You ever wonder what she was crying about? I could see how that would be powerful.

Some good parts... and some bad. That is the mantra of life.

I feel bad for you. There's just so much negative out there right now, so much to be fearful of, and more and more people siding with it as if all is fine.

The bad people seem to be getting worse and the good people seem to be getting better. It seems to me anyway. It's overwhelming. You can almost feel the world getting more and more sick by the day..enough to make you break down and cry.

Whatever is getting you down, let it out and then find something you can hope for. Hope changes everything. If you can find even one reason to hope, maybe it will help.

Please feel better.

Let those tears flow. They are cleansing tears. Old feelings and emotions are coming up from deep inside you.

Take a break from the internet. Go for a walk, have a cup of tea with a friend. Read a good book, eat some fresh fruit.

I think most of us are suffering, but some of us know it's for a season, and we have to hold up the light so others can find their way.

Get to a tanning bed. Don't stay in for long and fry your skin but the sun will do you so much good. This was prescribed to me by a physician years ago. Of course everything in moderation. Too much of a good thing becomes harmful. Also if you are somewhere that isn't too cold it is even healthier to sit out in the natural sunlight.

I'm right there with ya. Take care of yourself as much as you can, antioxident tea and lots of rest, you just need to recharge your batteries mentally and if you dont you will feel physical pain. Someone needs your help somewhere, even if its just giving gloves to a homeless person. You will get back to life when you are ready. And go tanning once or twice it really does help. Hugs to you ~

Go walk in the deepest woods you can find in your area.

Find a state park.

Maybe smoke a little pot if that suits you and it is legal to do so.

Then just go walking in the woods. Feel the trees. This is where we lived before we began to serve other masters.

THIS is amazingly healing for many people, OP. Borrow someone's pet or have them visit if you don't have one of your own.

If you are able to, please consider providing a foster home for a rescued homeless pet. Contact a local animal rescue group or a no kill shelter. Usually homeless pet foster parents are provided animal food and vet care, so don't worry about the expense unless you decide to adopt the animal yourself, of course. It will make you feel so good to give a nice dog or cat a chance to find a forever home.

I know the feeling. Today, I had a really good cry, and the tears just kept coming. It was a big release.

Yeah sometimes I feel just that way. Life used to have the element of hope and there was the very real possibility that things would improve if you put a little effort into it. But now, it just seems like the evil ones are prospering and the tender hearted folk are being attacked and shafted from every possible direction.

May I suggest that you get a little more exercise, as this weepiness can be balanced out by a slightly higher metabolic rate. Even if it is just walking. If you feel too depressed, just go stand on your porch and convince yourself to walk to the end of the block and back. I guarantee that even that small amount of outside time will begin to balance your emotions. Walk a little more. Then just one more block. It's amazing to observe one's own emotions transmute based on nothing more than moving your body.

I also suggest that you get your sugar consumption under control. Carbs and sugar can bring you to your knees if you are an emotionally sensitive person. Low glycemic carbs and fruits are okay though.

You DO know what's bothering you, you just don't want to look at the truth yet.

We need you strong and authentic. It's a battlefield and you are an ally. Please let the healing begin. It's gonna be alright, you'll see.

OP, would it be possible for you to fight on for someone or something else? There are so many things you could do to ease the heartache of others while you are in this world. Please think about it.
