You do know that if they pass anything that is unconstitutional it can be fought. You just have to find the case histories and the laws that are on the books, that state that.

Where's your proof?

Under the Doctrine of Negative Rights that underpins the Original Constitution, sovereignty was never within the grasp of the government whatsoever, to suppress, deny, trade or contract with. Therefore any such agreement is void on its face.

What was done is that a straw-man was created of nested corporations with the names of the goverrnment and the people, and then the people were convinced that those straw men ARE them, and that it is lawful.

It is not lawful. It is legal under corporate law, but only internally. Externally, its organic derivation is based on fraud, and therefore it is void. Recognizing and pointing this out, rather than "overthrowing" the government, is thus the solution.

It's like if I made a whole bunch of laws that had to do with turnips, and I named every turnip after a person, and started enforcing turnip laws against them. There's nothing illegitimate about turnip laws - the problem is the inappropriate application of turnip laws to people, and how exactly that fraud is being perpetrated.

Well, people are being treated like turnips - by other people who keep the system going so that their families will be treated like bigger turnips than your families. A very, very small number of people run the scam, and laugh at everyone - those being subjected to turnip status, AND those enforcing turnip status on others in order to be considered bigger turnips.

Because of course, a turnip is still a turnip, no matter what its size.
