That's about 1 in 10 kids affected. Sad. If it was intentional, it's a tactic that's been used for ages. When settlers came to North America, they gave the native people blankets to keep them warm at night.

Unfortunately this isn't the first time a vaccine was administered in Africa with adverse effects... A vaccine for small pox was administered in the 70s...

What this video doesn't mention is that in the late 60s or early 70s, the W.H.O. commissioned private labs to create a human retro virus that could alter human DNA.... We now have a virus that does just that... AIDS.



Edit - What the video also doesn't mention is how AIDS was linked to the small pox vaccine. What they did was mathematically work out the infection rate, and the only possible way so many people could be infected, was for the virus to be administered to a large populace at the same time, which coincided with the time frame of the vaccines.
