Some people have trouble processing acetic acid in ACV, you can have that problem if you can't drink alcohol like the rest of the guys/girls. Pointless to take it rectally unless you like the thrill. BTW, ACV is an acid that can hurt the enamel on your teeth and make them sensitive. So after having some they say rinse your mouth but don't brush, strangely enough.
