Who is the dumb-fuck who thinks this man resembles John Goodman in any way, shape or form?

His voice sounds a TINY bit like Goodman's, but check this out, I live close to where Goodman is from, and 75% of the fuckers around there sound like him!

The voice is very similar, but it doesn't make him John Goodman.

Watching this, I am convinced that Chief Medical Examiner Carver is the same as Police Lt Paul Vance. Vance is the one who warned that nobody had better say anything they weren't legally allowed to. (This was probably meant to remind those who had received National Security Letters that they had better not leak.)

I am not sure one way or the other that Carver = Goodman. Or maybe Carver = Rob Reiner. Or are they trying to propose that all three of them are the same?

Nicholas Cage = Val Kilmer!? I wouldn't have believed it but the scene with both of them together was provocative. Kilmer did look a bit too made-up, and there was simultaneous stuff going on but not tight interaaction. It could have been done with blue screens.

They want to use the minimum number of people in these operations. That's why the Greenbergs keep getting used over and over again. They don't leak. And whoever was Carver and Vance (I am convinced it's the same guy) is someone they can trust.

Even with all the money in the world, it's not easy to find reliable people to keep secrets like this. Quite a few people have consciences and care about their fellow human beings, and they would not keep a coverup like this. So they need to keep using their trusted core of reliable sociopaths.

That is SO Tom Cruise. Listen to the way he accentuates the syllables in words he uses. That's one unique characteristic to his voice. Also, check out the first 3 seconds of the video where the shot on him is from the side only. Until he faces the camera almost directly, it's a match to the facial structure at first glance.

It's not John Goodman, nor is that Tom Cruise. If you look hard enough for something you will see it, even if it's not there for you to see.

Okay, the rationalists here get the idea that Carver does not remotely resemble John Goodman. Now, if you're completely bat-guano crazy, that incontrovertible fact won't matter to you. But there is a problem. It IS possible to drive to Newtown CT and take a look at Carver. You can then continue insisting that John Goodman has abandoned his career to masquerade as a small-town medical examiner, for unfathomable reasons, or you must allow reality to intrude on your special reality.

1. I don't believe everyone who thinks Sandy Hook is a "hoax" defines that as "no dead kids". Some do, some don't. ( I don't)

2. Even if they did fake the deaths, I highly doubt those kids would be still running around Newtown.

Why would someone call a tragedy like this an "adrenalin rush" ? It's very unusual.

Why would a doctor call stomach injuries "belly" injuries? They are more likely to call it the "abdomen," aren't they? And the way he pronounces the 'l's sounds the same to me in his other interviews.

He says "and ahhh"... at :19 in the Aurora medical doctor interview. Watch this and compare how Tom Cruise also says He says "and ahh" exactly the same way.
With his hair down he looks a lot like the Aurora doctor.

Notice how both lick there lips the same way, "and ahh" at :54 and other places too. Around 1:37, pulls his lips in then licks them. Compare how he pauses between sentences and words.

I don't know, it's not just what he says, but the mannerisms and the way he talks. The Aurora doctor is like a mild mannered Tom Cruise.
