The DHS is really trying to get these "crisis exercises right"

I'm ususally the last person to beleive conspiracy theories and I'm still undecided about the Sandy Hook thing, but the DHS is doing everything it can to make these exercises as real as possible, even hiring makeup artists who specialize in "moulage" (injuries, blood, etc.). It does make you wonder if there is a lot more to it.
