EE question
People, I would like to identify a component in a PCB. It looks like a common rectifier diode (1N4xxx) but it lacks the polarity strap and it has "B3P" printed on it. It is identified in the PCB as "DB3". I searched for it but I found no reference. Some colleagues suggested it could be an RF diode or diac.

wtf
I am what I read.

Re: EE question
"dunno about B3P.. but it sounds like one of the signal names for the PCB's interface connector pin assignments...."

scratching

It belongs to a cold cathode fluorescent lamp driver, remotely activated by a digital signal.

Without knowing what it is, it is difficult to find it or to find a compatible device.

Our only ambition in this regard is to produce more energy and to manufacture X-ray bulbs.
