That's right! Save your brass, and make sure somebody in your neighborhood loves to sit there for hours reloading .223 and .308. If not, buy a reloading setup, and you be the guy. If you just get a basic setup you can get into it pretty cheaply. ie, single stage rockchucker, beam scale, etc. The magic trick is finding powder and primers in todays panic. I went to a gun show a couple days ago and there scalpers trying to sell 1K of primers for $65. It would seem difficult to re-load being that you have to source multiple components after getting equipment - Casing, Powder, Primer, Bullet. That's 4 things to locate and stock, versus just source a single item as completed ammunition. I don't know. Yeah it might not be worth it if you're not already set up. If you're shooting unusual calibers it definitely pays for itself. If you're just shooting common calibers I would think twice about getting into it, especially now. |

Quoting: Saddletramp I don't agree that ammo is not protected by the 2nd, but I think he's going to use the ruling on teflon coated bullets (and subsequently other ammo) to argue that ammo is not protected under the 2nd... Its ALL protected. Everything from machine guns to rocket launchers. Ammo. Everything. Arms is well known to cover all of that. They simply ignore what they have public support to ignore. Its not negotiable, folks. The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is ABSOLUTE. If you don't read it that way then you can't read. It means what it says and it says what it means. Gun Grabbers, read it and weep: "A well regulated militia, being necessary for the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." It flows right out of my head onto the keyboard. No lookups required. Does it apply to the militia? Yes! Only the militia? No. Its didn't say "the right of the militia to keep and bear arms" now did it? Unblinkingly read it again. YOU HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO OWN AND CARRY ANYTHING YOU WANT ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. ALL RESTRICTIONS ARE UNLAWFUL. EVERY RESTRICTION IS UNLAWFUL. EVER LAW, EVER STATUTE, EVER CODE, EVERY ORDINANCE THAT REGULATES GUNS, THE CARRYING OF THEM, THE AMMO FOR THEM, THE COMPONENTS TO CREATE THE AMMO FOR THEM IS NULL AND VOID. If you get arrested for carrying a gun, THEY ARE VIOLATING YOUR CONSTITUTIONALLY RECOGNIZED RIGHTS. Stop gun rights subversion. Understand what the 2nd Amendment means. Read it. It means what it says and it says what it means. It also tells us what happens if they infringe. Ask the people in Chicago if they feel they have "security". Without security, there is no freedom. Without arms, there is no security. ...now do you understand why they want to take them away? i just got back from local walmart, same story maybe 5 boxes of .45 acp few .22lr 50 round bricks, and some shotgun shells. i guess now the only question is did the american people get the majority of those rounds/firearms? or were they bought up by "private" types. Big 5 had a couple mini-14s that were off the shelves instantly after this whole thing started. All the .223 ammo disappeared too. I spoke to the manager asking for the next shipment, he says on a Tuesday... So I show up, but boy was I too late. A nice big line - and the first guy in line bought ALL THE FUCKING AMMO. Dickhead. Everyone else settled for lesser ammunition and weapons. Same story at other places that sell guns/ammo, if they get a shipment someone already has their eye on it. |

So with out offically saying "arm yourselfs now, u need to go out and get firearms now", a think tank writes a report discribing the best ways to arm the population without alarming the masses to a major geopolitical shift. The best option was to threaten the 2nd amendment, and create an environment that is potentially hostile from the citizens perspective, there by creating a mass puchasing of fire arms and creating empty shelfs across the nation. Because in my mind, the reasons presented are not reasonable enough to disarm the nation, when our (engeneered) culture promotes firearms and combat in almost all avenues. |

Could tie in with what Albert Pike spoke of. We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time." |
ProNerd User ID: 13856469 United States 01/15/2013 01:21 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | not only was Sandy Hook a psyop - I think the elite are playing a psyop on the patriot community. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30204025 I suspect they are not concerned about us owning guns, per se. They have esoteric weapons and can take out anyone they want- can target an individual or entire county over 1000 miles away without leaving evidence. They also have the means to crash the currency and cause food and fuel to be cut off. Seems more likely its a psychological provocation - intended to foster a state of war between sheeple and patriots. To socially isolate, demoralize and destabilize their enemy - the patriots. Its apparent to me that they went to lengths to leave an obvious trail of red flags with regards to Sandy Hook - the purpose being to make 100% sure that the patriots know that it was a false flag. its all part of the same psyop. I think that we are being bated and that we took the bait. that's my theory, anyway. ^^^THIS^^^ But having the moral high ground means we are on the defensive .... for now. |

There's nothing wrong with challenging assertions, it's only when it's hostile that it's bad. All that does is get things stirred up. The real problem is apathy of the People and the manipulation by Corporations. We're not the enemy of each other. The Corporations want that. The masses of people are not buying box loads of them. Obviously, there is a motive to at-least make it harder to purchase common ammunition. When I had gone to the first Meijers, I had asked the kid in the photo who was stocking ammo if they were going to replace the raw that was empty. He said ;"Who knows, if we ever get it in."
