Unless you're getting the words antibiotic and antiseptic mixed up. Something is said to be antiseptic when it is capable of preventing infection by inhibiting the growth of microorganisms. An antibiotic is something that can destroy or inhibit the growth of microorganisms. Antibiotic means anti-biosis or the destruction or prevention of the inception or continuance of life. Generally when you refer to something as antibiotic, it itself is a fungi or bacteria that kills the biosis of other microorganisms. These terms are essentially interchangeable and playing some sort of word game implies you believe there is a significant difference in the effect. There is not. Colloidal silver is a suspended mineral that is anti-septic. Penicillin is a type of fungi that is anti-biotic. They both do the same thing.
