Yes I can read and in that Naturalnews bullshit it says it can be taken internally to fight infections.
That's partly correct. Well, the part where it says it can be taken internally is.
The part where it says it fights infections is wrong though.
And how do I know that?
Because I can not only read but I can understand what I read too.
Silver's been used for years on bandages, plasters and even urinary catheters as a way of fighting infection. Only topically though..
