But I'd need more info before I'd believe THAT person wasn't bullshitting her, only because loads are sealed, and aren't opened for ANY reason until the load gets to the destination. LEO's can force you to break the seal, but they have to re-seal it, and you can force them to give you paperwork to explain. It isn't done casually. If you're ever driving behind an eighteen wheeler, look at the doors latches. You'll see a padlock or different types of seals. If there is no seal, the guy is running empty. |
