Tidying

alright i know it's not a sexy thread title, but just talked to a mate and he's said the same. is my housework frenzy of the past day unique among the halls of GLP?

Yeess :) ive been cleaning and organizing everything.
i just have a few draweres left to do in my bedroom.
and i have to do my office. oh and the garage.

threw a bunch of stuff away and donated a bunch to goodwill
it feels soooo good and i have tons of extra space now and i know where every little thing is.

I loovve it like this.

what got me in the mood to do this was watching
season 1 and season 2 of hoarders back to back
on netflix :)

that's upwards of a dozen people i've heard of in tidyinrg mode over the past day or so. which seems a bit odd, especially as i tidied too, which i've been putting off for a couple of weeks at least.

LOL! It has that same effect on me too. Suddenly what seemed like a HUGE job now seems like nothing at all!

Yes...just about to do so now! I've had an urge to tidy starting 3 days ago...and I need to tidy, too!

My housekeeper does that...it doesn't look like very much fun to me.

I'm always tidy but the last couple of days I've been sitting in clutter. I always do seem to be going in the opposite direction of the crowd.

Wine bottles and snack wrappers everywhere?

Tissues and literature from the last 80 years on warfare. I've got the freaking flu.

Oh, I was thinking you just really liked your books...

They don't get read as often as they should.

And they get you so excited you need lots of tissues?

No tidying going on over here......place is just as sloppy as it usually is, and I couldn't care less.

^ ditto. never understood what people get from it. we getone life and people clean more than necessary??

in fact, i worry that i might die whilst vacuuming
