could (2012 da14) hit the moon or Satellites Feb.15th ? + Live Webcast - watch satellite passing here !

2012 da14 it is said by numerous sources 'will not hit earth' , thats all well and good but what i want to know is (as it is travelling much closer to the moons orbit than earths ) could it hit the moon ? ,which could be just as devastating - just wondering. Plus there are many satellites orbiting further out than 2012 da14 including sky news satellite



The Asteroid will pass so close that it will pass inside the ring of geosynchronous weather and communications satellites. The Asteroid is not considered to be at a collision course with Earth.
The flyby will provide a unique opportunity for researchers to study a near-Earth object up close. The Bareket observatory in Israel will offer a special Live view of the close approach, using a remote Telescope accessible via the Internet.

The webcast will take place at: 02/15/2013 at 19:30UTC, for a duration of about 1.5 hours.
