The drought is meant to take place, simply because there is a necessity for it's evil.

We punish ourselves when we don't follow the rules according to our belief system; we reward ourselves when we are the "good boy" or "good girl" I am obviously from a ruling bloodline. This might have been on your mind. For the last centurary or so, it has been provided in an erroneous fashion, do to media. Temperance is where most people go wrong. Religions are meant to mislead you. There is not one single book in the world that contains the truth and nothing but the truth.
