I did.
the first 3 days I was miserable. Headaches, aches, sleeplessness, grouchy. On the fourth day woke up as if nothing happened. By the fifth day felt absolutely incredible. 6th and 7th day I loved everyone. Then it just kinda petered off into moments of 'clean'.

Made sure I stayed out of the house, away from friends that eat wrong foods and drank lots and lots of water.

Coffee enemas can be quite enjoyable, but don't do too many per unit time. Make sure they are warm enough, but not too hot. They do give you a glow for the rest of the day.
