Most ppl eat portions that are WAYYY too large. We are supposed to eat to live, NOT live to eat! If the head of the household parent wouldn't bring crap food into the home, it wouldn't be there to eat, and it amazes me how parents allow their children and themselves to be so sedentary these days!! They act like if they make their kids get off the puter and the xbox and actually go outside and play they seem to think they are mistreating their kids....when in actuality... by NOT making them go play and be active indeed it is a form of neglect for their health!!
When we lived in Texas and I was a kid...me & my 4 sisters were MADE to stay outside and play!! Mom would lock the door while she was cleaning the houseand she told us " its beautiful outside go play!"
If we wanted a drink, we drank out of the garden hose! We came in for lunch and to go to the bathroom. None of us girls have ever been overweight.
I made my Son & Daughter play outside too. They've never had any weight problems either. If people would just eat a normal portion of food per sitting and not snack around then once in awhile if they wanted that sweet treat they could have it. But most seem to have the mindset that if one is good two is better and thats just not the case! In order to lose weight and keeo ut iff you HAVE to make a lifestyle change!! Change those eatung habits for life!! And YOU MUST move your body!!
There will never be a magic wand to wave when it comes to weight loss and being healthy.
