Executive orders effect the executive branch only and are not and cannot be "law of the land".

When you add something, you are not dividing it, or separating it, further reducing it, but you add until you begin to multiply, as individual cells of the body. Each cell having a Nucleolus, and functional parts, as a individually functioning unit, that in part, comprises the whole.

The Wars of the future, will be fought over Water, as the Earth removes easily accessible Water for Humans. Man has helped in this, by fracking, and drilling for Oil, thus puncturing the Water Tables, thus allowing the water to move father down into the Earth. As the Earthquakes increase, and vaults further rupture, open, and move, more water table disruption will take place from these fissures, and phenomenon. These actions will further accelerate the submersion of water tables, deeper into the crust of the Earth.
