Measure looks to limit the use of drones for monitoring Maine civillians
AUGUSTA – A state senator from Rumford said Tuesday he wants there to be limits and restrictions on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles by police and other law enforcement agencies in Maine.

It's the future. It's the present. Drones are a boon in many ways. Law enforcement can purchase and use drones far more cheaply than helicopters. They'll also replace stuff like traffic helicopters. I don't think it's possible to stop it now.
