It appears LAPD has looser rules of engagement than the military in Iraq or Afghanistan....think about it....

they said they found his badge in san diego but his badge was taken when he was fired. Also, why would he tell the man in san diego he was going to take his boat to mexico and after that didnt work out he drove back to Riverside(about a hour and a half drive) to shoot those other 3 cops and then drive back to san diego again. doesnt make sense

The department has not changed since the Rampart and Rodney King days. It has gotten worse. The consent decree should never have been lifted. The only thing that has evolved from the consent decree is those officers involved in the Rampart scandal and Rodney King incidents have since promoted to supervisor, commanders, and command staff, and executive positions.

The question is, what would you do to clear your name?.....

So where the fuck is he? I'm guessing he's killed himself somewhere, that's usually the case in these sort of situations, especially if there haven't been any more shootings (by him anyway...)

This facebook account - which has been online for 2 weeks has done 112 likes and posted hundreds of pictures in only 2 weeks and I don't see that he has friended ANYONE. This is NOT the facebook page of a new facebook user trying to figure out what it is all about. The no friends at all thing is what really sticks out to me. Not friends with any family members or friends - then why did he open a facebook and upload hundreds of pictures?

I do a social facebook for a group for over a year, and we haven't done that much activity and I try to facebook for social networking every day. I can't see the manifesto - still looking.

Anyone else checking this out? It doesn't even seem like a depressed crazed man started this facebook account only one week before he murders people because he was fired 5 years ago.......
