I don't preach, to each his own. I'll probably get run over by a bus next week, but because of a cancer situation last year, that I beat! I stopped eating fast food and juice veggies every night (plus alkaline water and other things). The doctor went back up my colon and found NO cancerous cells left at all. I tried to have a big mac and after eating, as far as I know, healthier food, I got sick from the burger. Nauseous, weighed down, bad mood for the rest of the day. I'm sticking to my new diet. I just feel better.

I'll go out on a limb here and say 'great'! People who habitually eat this sort of carp need to get up off their fat *rses and quit relying on ready meals/convenient food.
