Any Taiwan-based GLPers wanna team up?

Do you plan on hanging out with some of the mountain aboriginal tribes/peoples?

Yeah in fact I do plan on that. Some of the mountain-dwelling aboriginals still retain their hunting/tracking skills, and they are far more resourceful then the ordinary people.

I agree that most people are severely underprepared, nevertheless I do have a couple of acquaintances who realize the potential threat we're facing and possess certain useful skills.

I love Taiwan, I go there all the time over the years, naybe 5 or 6 times. You guys have great food and a good pace of life. Maybe I'll join you. Only problem is your summers are HOT.

Thing is I see great potential in the people here to help each other out, empathize with one another, get through the rough patch.

The US with so much karma though i have more doubts and feel it would be much harsher and harder on the empathy value, also the copious fearmongering they may be exposed to. As to the karma thing what happens there affects a lot of other nations and their people around the world... and alot of the warning signs were just plain ignored or denied even though information was out there, which ties into the leaders of the country hasn't been very nice in the "foreign relations" sense *wars cough cough*, and have let them go amok... I don't get so much of that here in Taiwan, if so to a much lesser extent.

But yeah i had a feeling you would mention the aboriginal mountain folks, also everything is closer even the mountains on this island... if you get some position to influence, I hope you can get them to empathize to get through the storm.

But dang man, I didn't expect to ever see another GLP'er from Taiwan on here for sure. I thought I was the only one.
