Why is this news outlet saying that Dorner shot those two people when no one knows for sure who shot them. Everyone is guilty until proven innocent now? Maybe the cops shot them not Dorner.

That would be an incredible coincidence considering the two officers in the shootout were named personally in the manifesto.

Correction - None of the shootouts with cops were people listed in the manifesto.

I got the feeling this guy was smart enough to create a presence for the media to grab hold of before starting his war.

What horrible pics would they have found elsewhere to splatter all over the news? He wanted to give the public a personality they could identify with and warm up to.

...I mean come on! Look at that smile! The guy has heart and looks like an honorable badass in service of his country.

Now take someone like that and fuck them in the ass like the LAPD did and you get what you have now. They ruined his life cause some stupid pig bitch had to kick a mentally retarded kid in the face after he was already restrained and this guy's conscious could not simply ignore that so he did something about it and they ruined him for it. Not just his job but his military career which was something he was very proud of.

These pigs are going to get what they deserve and they are the one's who caused this. NOT Dorner! they put him on this path that he now feel obligated to carry out. They took everything from him for nothing and what does a man do once he has nothing left to lose?

"I will mitigate all risks, threats and hazards. "

To mitigate a threat is to minimize it, to make it lesser, or more manageable. Example: If you have mice get inside your house, you can mitigate the threat of them spreading by putting out traps and closing off holes.

Thats right. Both officer shootings (two oficers at each, about 5 miles apart) were with officers Dorner was trying to get away from.

Dorner was being followed, got off the interstate, stopped his truck and fired into the front of this police car, allowing himself to get away.

Then continuing a few miles on further down this road is where he got ino the second shootout with Riverside police, killing one of them at this intersection:

So far the only targeted killing it is believed that he committed is that of Quan and Lawrence, the daughter of an LAPD officer and her fiance on top of a parking deck in Irvine, Ca. So he hasnt killed any actual LAPD yet.
