This sounds similar to the women who develop carrot addiction trying to get enough carrot phytocannabinoids. If Coke's leaf processing method only removes the cocaine, there are other alkaloids in the coca leaf. She could've been consuming that massive volume of coke trying to get enough of those for some reason known only to her metabolism.
