County Board of Supervisors offered a $100,000 reward for information "leading to the capture of Christopher Dorner." One source at the Board of Supervisors tells TMZ, "Dorner was cornered but not captured." This one is good Once the body is in state custody and held by the state medical examiner, it has always been captured.... You know the dead or alive thing... The other two can be paid out when the state holds a trial after the death , for a guilty conviction. They have done it before , and must this time. Otherwise The innocent mans family can sue for wrongful death and win. Last Edited by <x> on 02/13/2013 09:10 PM |
~IS~ User ID: 1267719 United States 02/13/2013 09:20 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It has long been held that once an innocent person that is wanted by the law , is not a threat . If that person is in harms way , it must be a rescue effort. Thus a fire. The force used was over the top . If no gun fire was being laid down as the cabin burned , it should have turned into a rescue mission. There is case law that supports this, and is a wrongful death case all the way, without evidence being present in court for an after death conviction. |
