I see no harm in doing voluntary work, I have done it whilst employed or not, and it can be quite rewarding, however, sweeping the steets is a paid job.

Hatred has nothing to do with it. What I feel is resentment that able-bodied individuals take and take and give absolutely nothing back. I resent that people work very hard to be independent and provide for their families while some sit on their asses and expect the government to provide for them.
