One can of spam

One small jar of chezz wizz

One small jar of mayonaise

One small can of canned red bell pepers-with the 'juice'

A small bunch of capers

Now blend blend blend and voilá!!

Spread it on bread or crackers, or dip chips in.

If you want a hot dip you could add any kind of hot sauce.

You can keep it in the fridge in glass jars for days!
