WTF My local dealer just told me that on sales of privately forged silver rounds under $500 total purchase, that they must charge sales tax!! The silver Eagles are exempt, since they are minted coins but they cost $35 an ounce. The rounds are $31.50 plus about 6.5 or 7% tax which would put them at about $33.70 (at 7%.) The little guy gets screwed. And the gub'nor eats T-bone steak. What's the law in your state? Last Edited by TheAmericanCancerSocietySucks on 02/18/2013 03:18 PMAuthor, inventor, disorganizer.
