It never went to court, dismissed. I filed for the return of arrest card and finger prints. This doesn't need to be expunged right? Since it wasn't a conviction? Only a conviction can be expunged? I have a court order signed by a judge for return of arrest card and finger prints. Anybody here have any lawyer knowledge? Will we even know we were alive when we're dead? Depends on which state you are residing in and that state's statute of limitations. Ask your attorney.
