Which led me to the question,,, "Where is the water going?" The coastlines have not really changed,,We hear of SOME flooding,, in those areas prone to flooding but nothing really abnormal. Personally,,, I think the water is being moved off-planet. By solar winds and whatnot. Water in a vapor is easily "blown" off planet by solar radiation ,, I am looking for the link as I write this,,, Seriously folks,,, it is NOT adding up.  Each time a person stands for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he or she sends forth a tiny ripple of hope. And crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance. Few are willing to embrace the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential vital quality for those who seek to change a world that yields most painfully to change. So the volume of this ice is already in the water. And as the volume of iced water is slighlty higher than the volume of liquid water, when the ice melt the level of arctic sea should even slighlty decrease. The problem is if antarctic ice melt, because ice of the antarctic is not lying on water but on ground and if it melt, it will increase the Southern Ocean level. |

It's wrong. Yes the the volume of iced water is slighlty higher than the volume of liquid water, but tghe part of the arctic ice which is above sea level represent this difference of volume, so when the ice melt, arctic sea level shouldn't slightly decrease, it stay the same. |
