It doesn't have to be cia, it could be another entity with even less than moderate resources, and not for any of the reasons listed, there could be others, it could be used as a tool in some sort of operation. And yes, you could use something like that in a psy op . Psy Op. Mind War. First thing CIA do bring in to occupied area is push porn. Men under mind control. Families destroyed. Society taken over. Violence. Drugs. Mental illness. Suicides. Rape. Incest C-P. Snuff. Satanism. ... porn addicts turns men to children
they lose all sense of responsibility
and getting their next "fix" is the preeminent thing on their mind
