Re: Coffee Klatch
So my microwave took a crap yesterday, its a built in, so 2 weeks till I get my new one.

I am grateful I wasnt born in the pioneer days!

Also bought my new computer, have a guy coming over to get all the stuff off one and onto the other.

Seems its small but expensive electronics I cant live without month around here. I tell ya one buck comes in and two go out!

Hard eight.. you should make a bet that something else in my house will stop working at the most inconvient time! Its a sure win

Aw Flav! You always seem to have things break at the same time. Yikes! Hopefully, it'll go better than the last time.

Hey, I have a question for you. I want to make sachets for the babies dresser drawers. What kind of scent would smell kind of like baby powder or do they make one that smells like that? I have no idea and you ARE the queen of scents!

Flava,
Not sure how much you are into this if any at all, but Mercury is in retrograde until the 17th of March I believe. Started last week.
This is a time where electronics break and it feels like one step forward, 2 steps back!

Yes I like Astrology! LOL

To me, orris root smells like baby powder, at least the Essential oil does. You could probably put it on any dried botanicals and let it set in. You could also buy some potpourri scent and put it on potpourri that you make and then put it in the sachets.

This is just a random:

Making the Most of Mercury Retrograde:
A major cause of stress at Mercury retrograde is frustration from mishaps, things breaking down, computers going black. But if we know it's cycle, this makes it feel less terminal. If things go pear-shaped, see what's there to see. Take a break from the usual routine.

Just observe and see what happens, and be open to the past returning for review. If it's coming back, there's likely something more to learn or release from it. This can be a good (and productive) time, in its own way.

There is so much more to this than just the electronics! Interesting, like not making important decisions and signing contracts!

I think if you put the dried stuff in a glass jar with a cover and then sprinkle the EO on it and shake it, overnight would probably be fine. I would fill it half way, put a few drops, than fill the rest of the way and add a few more drops.

I had problems on glp all last night. Kept saying server problems.

Today the guy is setting up my new computer, which he says is a ferrari of computers. He asked who picked it and I said I did. He wanted to know how I knew to get such a good one, since I know nothing of computers, and I said I wanted windows 7 and something pretty. He just about died laughing.

Anyway.. I am going to love this thing once I get to use it, I have fingerprint AND face recognition passwords, so nobody else around here can download stupid shit and ruin it.
