No, I wasn't lurking Flav. I'd have answered you right away if I was.

I'm trying real hard to not be envious. Your garden sounds wonderful. It must be so beautiful seeing those goodies growing. It sounds like you did a good job and it must be real productive...or will be...to have little cukes all over with more flowers on the bushes.

Reading the rest of it though. Ugh. Don't think anyone could deal well with what you're enduring.

It's really nice of you to be a sounding board for people, but just dang, when it starts affecting you, they need to shut up and put it in a journal or on facebook, depending on their reason for sharing. LOL. One thing to have someone listen, another to stick a straw in them and start sucking out their life force.

You've got a business that takes a lot of time and energy, and even though you enjoy some of it, there are parts that aren't so fun and things you don't want to do or deal with.
The web side, the partner side, the decisions that aren't easy to make. Those things add up.

On top of that, you're caring for a special needs dog. There's not enough that can be said for that. It takes a huge toll. Any of us that have done it know exactly what a toll it takes.

Whether it's the actual work, the timing of everything so you get home by a certain time, not being able to leave at all other times, or the feeding and vets, there's always something on your mind.

Though that is challenging, the emotional toll is the worst. It's a flat out heartbreaking job to do when you know it's not a short term problem you're dealing with. Short term, we can do about anything. Long term, it takes a huge toll on us. One we're glad to pay, but huge nonetheless. My heart just lurched it's way almost to Florida reading about Jake and the pool. You state it as an incident. What you don't state it the way it makes you feel. I hope you know that we know how it makes you feel without being told.

Added to that stress is all the things that have gone wrong lately. That alone would be overwhelming. The appliances, the water, now the computer that you depend on for both yours and hubby's business as well as whatever you want to look up. There's a limit to what anyone can take and I'd have reached mine long ago were I in your position. You've had more than anyone should have to deal with in a short amount of time.

Doesn't help about daughter and the house. Must be exciting and fun to look forward to, but even that has a complete set of stress to go with it.

It was really smart of you to choose to go somewhere that makes you feel good, and I'm glad you got a chance to go out to dinner. You need to do more of that.

You just can't be all things to all people all the time. Nope, if I were in your shoes, I wouldn't be asking for some good news. I'd be either running away or curled in a fetal position on the floor crying my eyes out. LOL.

Hope you have a sunny day filled with love, nice weather and everything good that you deserve.
