Yes and sometimes I think its cheaper to just eat out when its two.

How did your daughter make out? Did she have her colonoscopy? What about the other daughter? How is she doing with her pregnancy? She must be almost ready to pop by now.

The youngest had her colonoscopy yesterday. Her anxiety was off the charts. She had a full blown panic attack right before they put in the IV line. It is so hard to watch. I did my best to calm her, but only so much I can do. They found some polyps and removed them. The doctor said it's rare to find in a 20 year old. Now we wait for pathology so they can formulate a treatment plan for her.

The oldest has a C section scheduled for June 17th. Baby Atticus is breech so the doctor feels a C section is the best way.

I think I am losing my damn mind between the two of them! lol

Re: Coffee Klatch
I have to say one thing about the healthcare insurance I chose for this year. It has many good features. Free preventative care, free generic drugs, chiropractic or massage are $25 per visit. As for the colonoscopy - zip, zero, and nada. All goes to the $4200 deductible. I never dreamed it would cost just over $3,000. They don't consider it preventative at her age, it's diagnostic so no coverage. It had to be done though. Guess we will figure out how to tighten the budget.

I can imagine! Well hopefully pathology comes back good. Are you planning on going east for your grand baby?

Youngest is having some side effects from the Polypectomy. She is running a fever of 102.7. Looks like some people have a reaction to the cauterization that causes the body to revolt. Have any of you heard of this?

We will be going to Missouri in Mid July. Can hardly wait to see our oldest and meet the first grand baby!

I haven't heard of it but that doesn't mean anything. I hope she gets to feeling better. Keep an eye on that, maybe it didn't get cauterized enough and some feces got into her system.

I bet you cant wait! Are you waiting until its born or taking your chances that she isn't late?

We have been charting her temperature by having her text the readings to us. Figured it was a good way to have the info handy.

We are waiting a while to go see the new baby, per her request. She wanted some time to adjust before we got there. She is moving in with the baby daddy when the baby is born. At least that is the plan this week. Still biting our tongues on that one.

Good. I thought she was staying with you but that's just as good.

Is baby daddy back in her life or is this just for the baby's sake? Maybe they will come together, who knows. It is hard to keep our mouths shut sometimes, I know that better than anyone!

The baby daddy wants to be involved and help. Our oldest has always been very independent so we will see how it works out. I have no doubt she is tough to live with - we lived with her! She has always seen things as black or white - no gray area with her. She has agreed to living together so they both are hands on. Plus she is having a C section so she will need a second set of hands.

Well then regardless, she will need some help so its a good thing. If she feels ok and tries to do to much she will end up regretting it, at least he will be around to help and make sure she is eating right and getting some rest when she can.

Got the pathology report back on the youngest. Precancerous polyps but benign. Good thing she had other issues so they were able to remove the polyps before they were malignant. Very thankful today!

Booked our flights for Missouri. Dang it's expensive! The rental car for 11 days is almost $600 for a compact car. We are making a side trip that looks interesting. A couple days at Truman Lake in a cabin. Just us, our daughter, and the baby. Should be fun. Hoping to visit Branson as well since we will be so close (4 hours away).

I'm really looking forward to checking out the area she lives in. I thought it would be flat like Nebraska, but they have lots of hills and trees.

I'm so glad for you! Grands are the best. You have more time to be amazed than you did with your babies. Just wait! You'll see.

Guys, I'm sorry I haven't been able to post for a long time. Living in a hotel room isn't all it's cracked up to be. A lot has gone on, but I'm not sure how much I want to post. The other problem is, I don't have much time to type. That's where the one room thing comes in.

Anyway, I've read all the posts and cried and cheered with you. I hope things will settle down soon. Finding a rental around here is REALLY hard. I had to get realtors involved. One could care less, I think the 2nd one will work out. Cross your fingers.

Love y'all!

Nine's and OG, I haven't seen you on for awhile. Everything OK?

They had to stay at the hospital. Daughter had severe bruising from the assisting doc pushing down on her upper belly area. It looks like tire treads! Her main doc was so mad she took pictures so she could address it with him. They are home now and settling into a routine.

Do you have FFA or FHA clubs out there for kids to raise and show animals? We have them here and the kids really work hard with the animals. Yes, they end up being auctioned off but the kids learn a lot along the way and make some money for college. Might be something to look into for selling the piglets.
