Possible Meteorite Strike in Latvia!
I just heard it on the radio and decided to look it up. I found this article [link to www.gazeta.ru] (in Russian) tells of what could be a meteorite that fell into the sea outside Riga, Latvia. There were many witnesses noticing a bright flash, a loud sound and some sources even say the meteorite / bolide was spotted in Finland.

I am not worried easily, but right now I am starting to get worried concerning waht on Earth is going on with our skies lately. What kind of an object do you think this was? Fell free to discuss.
If any foreign minister begins to defend to the death a "peace conference," you can be sure his government has already placed its orders for new battleships and aeroplanes.

Expect to see more. most will land in deserts and jungles and the pacific. some will be over populated area.

It might be the first one they found and not exactly from the bolide of Latvia though. Journalists tend to do that to illustrate their articles in lack of good photos. But still there were many witnesses as we can see above. Even in our beloved Neighbor - Finland ;) (I'll drink to that!) Happy meteorite hunting everyone!

Russia being the largest country on Earth should see a higher percentage of space rocks falling in the next weeks. If I'm lucky I'll get to catch one myself as I'm running a ham radio setup and tend to get disturbances when things fly by. Be them Putin riding his sky steed to battle, or a simple meteorite seeking out a cool place to crash. burnit

I think we entered a new era.
We will hear soon in the radio..

Good morning (enter city)!
The time is (enter time), the sun is shinning, the temperature is (enter temp) but we may have light rain in early afternoon, a 4.5 R at about 6pm and a meteorite strike at 10pm. Take your umbrella, your helmet and your bunker keys!

Allegedly a small chunk of meteor also fell down in Serbia, two days prior to Russian meteor did. It looks like a peace of coal to me, not sure what to think of it...

As funny as this is... this person may have been very serious. I lived there for 7 years and this was common.

One of my favorite signs, a huge vertical sign, each letter was a couple of feet tall, to promote a company that made signs... it said 'AVERTISING'

The government had 100's of road construction signs made... they would dump piles of gravel on the side of the road when they were mixing cement... the signs say 'ROCK FILE'.

Or the company that has dozens of hot dog stands. Each on read 'Jucie and Teste'.
Have a nice day = GFY. GFY = Go Fuck Yourself. If this offends you then have a nice day.

ONLY the beginning of the asteroids pushed ahead of the OTHER solar system about to collide with ours, as reported here a couple of days ago.

My post on another thread from 2 days ago:

Last night I saw the best meteor I have ever seen. It was big, slow, and shone about as bright as the moon.

I am in North Chicago suburbs. It traveled from East to West in the southern sky at about 60 degrees above the horizon. It looked incredibly low but I am sure it wasn't.

I agree, something unusual is clearly happening.

All the booms in the US and now these rocks raining in constantly.
