my thought:
some (asian)tourists were visiting there, stayed in the hotel and thought it might be funny to take a dark-water-style video for fun&giggles.
back at home, they cut it.
meaning: this video was filmed in the Celia hotel, but another time, date and shows another person.


Its is a real surveillance cam because of matrix "adaptation" effect. Notice, when its less light, camera adaptates to it, thats for security reason.
Actually you need a video registrator, and battery, for filming that type of stuff, and of course, a ledder.

Once again, no substances, no trauma. I do not see that she was killed ahead of time, before hitting the water. I do see that she was coerced in. Whether that be by someone “ALIVE” or someone from the other side, the coercer was playing on the same team as what she was running from. NOW… interestingly enough, here is something to consider. I see something stuck NOT IN HER THROAT, but it’s in her windpipe, it’s a piece of paper or something similar that she stuffed in her mouth before going in, or was put there, but I believe while possibly gasping for air, sucked it all the way down. It’s lodged in her windpipe, past her epiglottis, and if unfolded or uncrumpled, appears to have something written on it. If this has pertinent information on the case, then great. I’m not saying it does. Much of her final hours were spent doing off the wall things that will not make sense to many of us anyway. That could be just one of those things.

Maybe children because she bends down to their level to touch it, but her hand goes through it. Reminds of that one Chinese movie, where the ghost follows you, it's some kind of legend in china or japan?

I think this is the most important question asked so far.
Also, if this video was available certainly there were others...so where are they?
And who edited it for us?
And where is all the data/info from her phone?
And why wouldn't she be wearing her glasses in the elevator?

no thats the one I posted earlier thats the remote viewer there is a ghost show that went to cecil hotel and the psychic was talking about the murders there and mentions she sees a woman in her young 20s being killed I saw it on another thread and theres like 500 on this subject cant find it

It doesn't take a physic to figure out she was playing a game, hide and seek with something small in stature, that we can't see. Watch the video from that prospective, you will see.

She was acting like people act when they take "Molly" or "Bath Salts" though.. Why was she pushing all the buttons in the elevator?? Why didn't the Elevator door close? and what were the weird jesters she was doing outside the elevator.. She seemed like she was high on something..

Ok , looked at it again, it looks like she was playing the game hide and seek, when she goes back in the ekevator her hands go up like, what did I just see? Then when she steps out again she moves her hands through something like , are you real? Then you can see her count on her fingers , like , one, two, three, ready or not here I come.

Hide and seek gone wrong, maybe???
