That was weird.

What's with all the elisa lam stuff??

I strongly believe the video is a hoax because why is this the ONLY video to be released? Nearly all hotels and motels now have tons of security cameras all over the place now. Even the smallest 2 story crappy ones have security cams and high surveillance. It's necessary for liability issues in case they're sued or false allegations and security of guests.

So surely this place has other cameras ON THE ROOF and at the water tank itself. And in the hallways and lobby areas. So there must be footage of her wandering the hallways and roof fotage if this indeed happened. It would show exactly how it happened and how she got in there. Unless of course the whole system was disabled.

Here is a thorough explanation of Elisa Lam's video.

She was acting a game name named Life for Death. The reasons are as follows.

1. She wrote about the game in her blog. She mentioned a guy who like this game. It could be possible that they met up in LA acting the game.

2. Throughout the video her movements were so weird. Her legs were so rigid, and her feet twisted several times. This could be normal behavior. There are two possible explanations: She could be on drug, or she could be acting the game. As you know, people in computer games move slowly.

3. She began to reach out her arms. In the game it was when someone is healing herself. Then she began to "dance", as you would call it. She bent down several times and began "counting". In the game it was when someone was healing her partner.

4. She put on a smile when she hid herself in the corner of the elevator. If she was followed and frightened, she could not have been smiling.

5. She dart out of the elevator once--with swift movements, and she was so calm when she walked inside of the elevator. These all contradicts drug theory. Well, it still can be possible if she was on a little drug. But that was not the main reason she was behaving that way.

6. She pushed all the buttons, including the HOLD button. She just did not intend to go down. Or maybe she intended to go down a little later.

7. The settings of the Cecil hotel was similar to the game. In the game story begins on the roof, and then go down through the elevator on the right handside.

I am not sure if this has anything to do with murder. But it seems to me that she was in her normal state of mind, not freaked out, not on drug.

I hope the above analysis is helpful to you all.

I also wonder why, especially when she first went missing, they didn't release video of her entering or leaving the building/lobby.The fact that they don't know 'why' she was there, is also strange. How hard could it be to figure that out? Ask her parents...since she was in contact with them daily.

Thanks to that video, I can't get into my elevator without seeing that video in my mind. Every. Single. Day.
