yeah there is something about the IPA and other high hop
beers that give me a raging headache never had any trouble with ED though.

Ive brewed quite a lot of beer from straight grain with no hops most people would not like it (low alchohol,hazy and very different flavor)but i enjoy it if its cold.

most craft brews are filtered, so there goes most your protein (which you're usually trying to minimise and knock out of a brew from the get go) and yeast nurtients (vitamin b) right there. but even if you were drinking homebrew for "nutrition", drinking shit tons of dead yeast in your bottles fucks up my body the next day
