I see this object at various times of day at the sun's 11 o'clock position. Mainly at sunrise & sunset when the sun isn't at full intensity, and occasionally when there's a thin filter of clouds that allow the light to show through, you can see it with the naked eye at the exact same position at the image.

Not to mention how freaking bright the moon has been the last few days. Almost like something else is emitting light.
