I saw Leno as a guest on another talk show. He didn't seem like a swine, more of an ass!

Leno is probably ready to retire from the daily drudgery of doing a daily show for 9 months+ a year. After this many years it has to be a drag ... and he does NOT need the money!! (per the reports he has lived WAY below his income for many years - OH ... and most importantly on his personal financial front ... NO DIVORCE PAYMENTS to an "Arm Ornament" GOLD DIGGER!!)

Fallon is a LOT funnier than Conan ever was, so I think this transition will happen and be good for everybody (Leno, Fallon AND NBC)

Jay Leno works hard for his money. He never takes a vacation. He's a workaholic who works 2 jobs (NBC and Vegas) so if he wants to buy every car in the world, more power to him.

When the writers went on strike a few years ago, Jay Leno wrote his own show. He pays his staff well. I think he paid them once when there was another problem and they weren't working but he paid them anyway. He also brought food to the striking writers. Jay Leno is a good man. You, on the other hand, not so much.
