What water is doing is behaving as if alive when having electric current ran through it.

If we are electric beings, and most of our bodies are water...is the water structuring how our bodies are structure and function per the electrical signatures and flow of electricity in our bodies?

What I am asking/saying, when water within our bodies has electromagnetic stimulus, is it creating the 'blueprint' of how we are structured and how we function at a 'blueprint' level?. Or is it solely reliant on DNA? Maybe DNA forms the original pattern, and water/electromagnetism helps keep the pattern in place as we 'live'.

High and Low pressure systems spin due to electric charges present in the air moving towards a unified region.

Basically, a large mass of air moving will induce a slight magnetic field and "twist" the atmosphere with the current movement.

Water vapor jumps to meet on coming positive charges from the ionosphere leeching towards Earth.

The charged water becomes the force which drives the air.

James McCanney shows in detail how Tesla's Tower worked. My limited understanding is there are 3 primary current flows in the upper ionosphere that generate the electrical potential between the ionosphere and the earth's surface. Sort of like a gigantic capacitor.

If you punch a hole in the atmosphere with a laser or other device you can then create a pathway for the current flow. There is enough electrical power in an average summer thunderstorm to power a city of a million people for months.

It would be amazing to see mainstream science admit this, I'm sure they are aware of the mechanics but the elite's monopoly on resources limit their ability to admit it or apply it for real world power generation. I suppose if the elite have decided it will benefit them in some way, the technology will be developed. I'm sure they will still have a monopoly on the power generation and sale of the power.

Eliminating, for the moment, consideration of the extremely dense charge populations that exist in the upper reaches of the atmosphere, a region called the ionosphere, filled with hot, dense, plasma gas whose ions give the ionosphere its name, we note that there is always some amount of unbound positive and negative, but net positive, electric charge in the atmosphere closest to the surface of the negatively charged Earth on a 'fine day'. When days are not so 'fine', the net unbound charge that exists in the clouds of thunderstorms can be exceedingly negative.

The 'fine day' net positive charge sets up an electric field between the negative Earth and the net positive charge in the air, and this electric field stores electrical energy. The positive charge acts by induction on the earth and electromagnetic devices.[2]

Experiments have shown that the intensity of this electric field is greater in the middle of the day than at morning or night and is also greater in winter than in summer. In 'fine weather', the potential, aka 'voltage', increases with altitude at about 30 volts per foot (100 V/m), when climbing against the gradient of the electric field.[3] This electric field gradient continues up into the atmosphere to a point where the voltage reaches its maximum, in the neighborhood of 300,000 volts. This occurs at approximately 30-50 km above the Earth's surface.[4] From that point in the atmosphere up to its outer limit, nearly 1,000 km, the electric field gradient produced in the lower atmosphere either ceases or has reversed.
