Buy her some wild yam cream and soy. The symptoms are common in overweight white women, but less so in Asian women. Theres Japanese women that never notice their menopause.

If it gets really bad for her, tell her to see a naturopathic doctor & get herself on Bio-identical hormone therapy. It's all natural & will not give her nasty side effects or cause her cancer. She should stay far away from
synthetic hormone therapy from her MD. In the meantime have patience with her, because menopause can be pure hell for a woman.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh buddy I feel your pain. I was the most irrational person you would have ever met, while going through the change. Tried everything under the sun to find releif. still have symptoms after 11 years, not as bad as I used to.After going through the hell that I never thought would end, I came out the other side, a very strong person, that basically could give a shit less what others think.I stand up for myself now, and I really enjoy my peace of mind. Hang in there with her. She will be a better person having gone through the fire.

I got married a year ago at the end of this month. My wife had fibroids that were causing her a lot of pain. So the dr gave her 3 injections of something called lupron. She went into menopause. She is 47. I had 5 more years! But no, I get to deal with menopause early and while still a newlywed.

It sucked hard. But she is recovering from the shots and getting back to being her self.

I feel sorry for you man. The taste I got was not fun. I dread the real thing.

I finished menopause at 48.If she can avoid meat and sugary foods she'll have less symptoms. I had no symptoms as long as I didn't eat meat and sweets.The only bad thing about menopause is that its harder to lose weight if you gain any,especially in the belly.
