Every pic/video I've seen since his arrest he looks completely out of it and he never says a word. Really messed up, the more I see of this the more I think he didn't do it.

Are his eyes completely dilated at the end or is it just me? Courtroom lighting should be bright so his pupils should be smaller.

Yeah, the OP said that under the video. It's quite obvious he is on some kind of drug/s.

All you need to know, is that if they are not sure about what they are doing in the USA, they will employ drugs.

Cause, symptom, necessary for behaviour, truth serum, war on drugs. In some capacity, drugs will show up.

I feel terrible for this lost soul, Jesus died for him too....and Jesus is the only one who can save him.

it was because of the legal persciption drugs he was on that he committed the crime in the first place.

just like all the other mass shootings.

Aren't uppers and hallucinogens the drugs that cause pupils to dilate? And downers such as heroin, valium etc. cause them to be like pinpoints?

Holmes, his pupils dilated, sweating and smelly, didn't struggle or even tense his muscles as he was dragged away to be searched, Oviatt said.

Asked by a defense attorney whether he had ordered a blood test for Holmes, Appel said he had not.

"There were no indications that he was under the influence of anything," he said.




if i got pulled over by a cop, with pupils dilated, sweating and acting detached from reality, I would be thrown in the tank immediatly for DUI.
