What I understand is that it is NOT a mass contact but a rapture for some defined people only.

Why do you think it's BS? After all, OP is talking to the secret agencies in the world. Maybe he/she wanted to convey a message they are privy about. It won't be the first time an abduction will occur.

I live between Orleans and Paris. It's a city with huge history (Jeanne d'Arc, etc).
I've heard about UFOs in Orleans seen in January 2012.
