If you look at the context of this passage, you will see, the leaders said Christ healed the man/cast out his devils/demons by the prince of demons-beelzebub. They attributed the working of the holy spirit to the devil. Doing this is high treason in the sight of almight God and an offense to the holy Spirit beyond any other thing. When you do this you are calling a HOLY and Pure God filth basically and you are lying and doing a damndable things.

Now there are those who have been involved with Kundalini who have been utterly decieved. They are not without hope of redemption but they have to recognize what has happened with thinking Kundalini to be the Holy Spirit and repent and humble themselves.

Those who are conscious that kundalini is demonic and know they are lying but continue to spread lies like this, saying kundalini is the Holy Spirit will NOT BE FORGIVEN, either in this age or in the age to come.
