This is a serious question for the person who says that kundalini is wrong... The bible says to meditate. So, I meditated. I meditated and I meditated on the word, on Jesus but had a spontaneous Holy Spirit/Kundalini experience that I wasn't even seeking. I was merely trying to calm my nerves.

How do you explain this phenomenon if they are not connected? I had experiences of Holy Spirit within me and this was through meditation which as I've said is mentioned in the Bible. I've since gone even further and further into amazing experiences all with the Holy Spirit living inside my heart because I've invited Him to live inside me.

I cannot understand how you can say this is wrong.
