Horse...It's Whats for Dinner in New Mexico... *Warning, Graphic Link*

My State (New Mexico) is getting ready to open a slaughter house for horse meat in Roswell...more controversy as an employee had posted a video just to piss off animal rights people...

Had it before overseas and not too shabby..last place I tried it was in Munich called Pferd Fleisch in the market, they had the smallest line for lunch LOL...I hate the taste of cow though...in case it matters to your little gourd...
