Sandy Hook: Will Lt. Vance & FBI Prosecute Dawn Hochsprung Impersonator or Newtown Bee?

Lt. Paul Vance stated that individuals posing with fraudulent identities, or passing along false information related to the Sandy Hook case will be prosecuted:

"There has been misinformation from people posing as the shooter in this case, posing using other IDs...These issues are crimes. They will be investigated, statewide and federally. Prosecution will take place when people who are perpetrating this information are identified."

According to the Newtown Bee, a "woman identifying herself to our reporter" as Dawn Hochsprung gave an interview just after the shooting.

Either this woman, or the Newtown Bee reporter, or both, have committed crimes, according to Lt. Vance, and very possibly, felonies.

As one investigative reporter notes, "Newtown contains approx. 27,000 people. The Newtown Bee has been a family owned business since 1887 and is located less than a mile and a half away from Sandy Hook Elementary. The paper has run innumerable stories on the school system many of which, over the last year and a half, have included Dawn Hochsprung. People knew who she was."

When will Lt. Vance and federal authorities, as promised, investigate and prosecute the individuals responsible for committing these crimes?

How can it be a felony for citizens to re-Tweet this fraudulent information, yet not be a felony to generate the fraudulent information in the first place?
