I drink 2 litres of orange juice a day...is that too much?

yup. anything else we drink is considered food and will dehydrate us. only water hydrates.

Actually.. drinks like lemonade and orange juice protect against kidney stones because they contain citrate, which stops crystals from growing into stones.

If its store bought then yes you drinking too much. If fresh sqeezed then you probably have the strongest immune system in this thread.

If you work it off. Eventually you will overwhelm your pancreas with having to process the sugar.

It's okay to drink that much if you are ill but it is bad for you.

I drank tons of juice when I was younger, now I have type 2.

I've started drinking it because I've heard the acid in it somehow gets the bad cholesterol out of you. This could be utter bravo sierra but it's what I was told.
