Well Canada, here we go again! You posted that photo for what intent? At first glance particularly because of the cat the photo seems to be mocking our President. But if you look at the picture a few times, I am proud of President Obama! That man has to keep his mouth shut. He had to learn to hear and say nothing. An expression on his face does not tell us what he's thinking, you can guess but you don't know unless he says something. And he looks here in this photo as if he is truly holding something back. But that's my point we don't know because he didn't say. So, I say, way to go Mr. President!
