Up to 60 percent will be stolen from the depositors in Bank of Cyprus how can they justify over 30% of some people's savings? wouldn't this cause riots? maybe the police dont have 100k saved but some people do. and they would be losing over 30,000 euros(~40k USD) I have never in my life had that much money saved at one time. if somebody came and just took $40k I would be furious, I would do anything to make sure it doesn't happen. These people should move their money out of the accounts into another online storage such as PayPal. central banks will have a tougher time getting to the funds
